Intended to be legally bound hereby, I confirm that I am willingly participating in The Personalized Peach’s workshop.  In addition, I authorized and release all photographs and video taken at The Personalized Peach in consideration of registering for my participation and the supplies and materials for this activity.  I hereby release The Personalized Peach and all its Subsidiaries and their agents, their employees and the Property/Building Owner of all liability for any injury and or accidents that may occur while participating in this or any workshop.  I further agree and acknowledge that I am releasing The Personalized Peach and all its Subsidiaries and their agents, their employees and the Property/Building Owner for injuries I suffer as a result of The Personalized Peach’s negligence.

If I consume alcohol, I accept full responsibility for the amount and any and all injuries that may be related to my alcohol consumption on the premises or outside once I leave, including those related to The Personalized Peach’s negligence.

Non-Complete Clause:

Items demonstrated and/or made in our workshops are for personal use only.  I agree to not commercially sell items I have made at The Personalized Peach or subsequently turn what I learn into a business in which I financially benefit from.  I further agree to not share or teach techniques for recreating items learned in this workshop (or any workshop) whether it be in my own ventures or another establishment within 200 miles of The Personalized Peach’s Studio.
